Job Description
Successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Engineering and 7+ years of working experience as a project manager with demonstrated success executing projects. Candidate must have knowledge of manufacturing plant floor SCASA solutions and technologies. Must have knowledge of project/program management, including planning oversight, customer relationship management and negotiation. Must have the ability to establish long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners. Successful candidate must have the ability to resolve program performance problems and be able to create solutions that expand and support business opportunities. Candidate must be organized, self-directed and be able to multi-task over a variety of projects. Candidate must have solid PC skills with MS Office and must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Successful candidate must be able to support new and existing client relationships, network with client organizations and develop new business opportunities. Must have knowledge of scope definition, technical requirements, and estimation and proposal development. Candidate’s project management skills must include tasks management, status reporting, and responsibility for overall quality, delivery and cost. Travel will be required.
